Our commitment to quality extends beyond the farm — it carries through every step of the shipping journey, ensuring your experience with us is smooth, trustworthy, and satisfying.
Every order placed with us is carefully handpicked, quality-checked, and securely packaged before dispatch. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of placement. Once your order is on its way, you can expect delivery within 4 to 7 business days. We keep you informed at every milestone — from the moment your order is confirmed to the time it arrives at your door.
We work exclusively with reliable, reputable courier and logistics partners to uphold our promise of safe and timely delivery.
In the event that a mango shipment remains undelivered after the first delivery attempt, we will arrange a re-delivery through the same courier service. Should the second delivery attempt also fail, the mangoes will be held at the courier's office for you to pick up. In the event the delivery is not actioned, the courier partners are authorised to destroy the mangoes as the same would not be edible beyond the time lines. In this event, the order will be considered delivered and the cashback of 25% of the amount paid will be credited to your account.
Cancellations are accepted for perishable items (including mangoes) only up to the point of dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained under any circumstance, given the time-sensitive and perishable nature of the products.
Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not applicable for items delivered in intact and undamaged condition. However, we stand firmly behind the quality of everything we dispatch from Ratnagiri, and in cases where issues arise, we are fully committed to making things right.
If you receive a product that is visibly damaged, tampered with, or missing items from your order, please file a claim within 24 hours of delivery. Your claim must include:

Our commitment to give cashback of 25% on normal deliveries or any higher cashback which are offered from time to time, is to ensure that our customers get to enjoy Authentic, organically grown Alphonso mangoes at reasonable rates. Being perishable items, our cashback caters to the eventuality of some fruits going bad. We understand that despite our best efforts, natural produce can sometimes disappoint. If you find that the mangoes received are rotten or completely spongy inside, we will offer a replacement or coupon, provided the spoiled quantity exceeds 50% of the total ordered volume.
To raise a claim:
If you believe the mangoes delivered do not match the size or weight you ordered, please record a short video of 7 to 8 mangoes, weighing each individually on a digital weighing scale. Submit this as evidence for review. If the claim is found valid, the difference in amount based on weight/size will be credited in the form of cashback in our wallet with us.
Please note that we are unable to accept claims based on differences in taste, texture, color, or aroma. As our products are 100% natural and farm-grown in Ratnagiri, these characteristics may vary based on seasonal and environmental factors, which are beyond our control.
Approved refunds are processed and credited to your wallet with Kokan Samrat which can be claimed with your next order during this season or the next season, or back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds are typically credited within 5 to 7 business days, though actual processing times may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.
